Durham Art Walk Spring Market

Both John Elliott and Jason Williams will be showing this year at the Durham Art Walk Spring Market!

John will have the complete Exterminati Collection fresh off the Artspace Corridors Gallery showing and Cary Spring Daze.  This collection features 15 different paintings.  The collection concept reinvents a 18th to 19th scientific illustration and gives it a modern day mechanical twist. John will also have his expansion series of butterflies!  These 6 illustrations are stunning! They are done on vellum and meticulously cut out before being mounted.   You can learn more about John and his work on his artist page by clicking here! John will be located in the Durham Art’s Council Building on the second floor in the Semans Gallery!

This is Jason’s first big show and he is excited! Jason does watercolor paintings that are inspired by nature.  You might have seen his small collection at the NRCC Art Gala.  He has expanded his collection with 11 new pieces that are breath taking!  He is quite, so you will have to pull him out of his shell a bit to get him to talk about his pieces.  We hope he has great success at this show! Learn more about Jason! Jason will also be located in the Durham Art’s Council Building, but he will be on the first floor in Adaron Hall!
