This weekend I am at the Brookhaven Arts Festival, in Brookhaven, just north of Atlanta. This show is a new one in my schedule, but looks to be awesome. It’s a beautiful area, easily accessible by road or by the MARTA, and the weather should be cool and clear. I am of course showing the Exterminati series of illustrations of mechanical bugs, but I will also have prints from my Mechanica series available, including the very first prints of “The Wheel” and “Zoe,” from their original printing in 2004. Additionally, my first concept painting of the Krakken, the first in my series of mythological beasts and monsters (working title: “Pantheon of Entropy”) will be showing, having only recently returned from hanging in Wilmington’s Going Local NC gallery space, as well as a couple of bright and colorful diptych pairs executed immediately prior to the Exterminati, and even a selection of original sketches and drawings. So there’s something for nearly every taste. If you’re in the area from the 21-22 of October, stop by and see me in booth #36!
